Nine Pin’s Honey Hibiscus cider is crafted with 100% New York apples from Samascott Orchards. This cider is infused with hibiscus starfruit green tea from Short and Stout Tea and sweetened with a touch of New York honey from Southern Adirondack Apiaries for a bright and botanical cider thanks to our local pollinators. Honey Hibiscus is perfect to usher in the spring weather.

Our first two offerings seek to combine the best of both American and European traditions. Modern ciders, they begin with fresh-pressed culinary varietals McIntosh, Gala, Red Delicious and Pazazz, sourced locally in New York State. We ferment with our house Belgian yeast, to impart a slightly more complex character.

Our Imperial cider is crafted with a blend of high-sugar content apples: Gold Rush, Golden Delicious, Franklin, Harrison, and Golden Russet from Five Branches in Williamson, NY. These unique apple varieties naturally create a higher alcohol content, perfect for a bold Imperial cider.

Our flagship Dry Hard Cider is extremely dry and incredibly strong. Fermented with a sauvignon blanc yeast and then can conditioned, we've crafted a dry cider that is similar to an apple champagne. We don't add any back-sweetener or extra sugar. All that's in the can is a full pound of pressed apples. Nothing else. We hope you enjoy drinking it as much as we enjoyed making it.
