Nine Pin’s Peach Bellini is crafted with 100% New York apples from Samascott Orchards and peach puree. This cider is then infused with peach fruit tea from Short & Stout Tea for an effervescent cider with beautiful stone fruit notes. Juicy and tropical, Pacific Pineapple rolls ripe Costa Rica golden pineapples into fresh-pressed Northwest apples. This refreshingly juicy and easy drinking session cider will relax your state of mind, no matter your locale!

Raspberry Rosé cider is crafted with 100% New York apples from Samascott Orchards. It is co-fermented with raspberries from Yonder Farms and grapes from Walker’s Vineyard. This cider is bright, tart, and perfect for sipping any time of the day!

Our first two offerings seek to combine the best of both American and European traditions. Modern ciders, they begin with fresh-pressed culinary varietals McIntosh, Gala, Red Delicious and Pazazz, sourced locally in New York State. We ferment with our house Belgian yeast, to impart a slightly more complex character. To our Rosé, we also add hibiscus to provide a tart snap. The finished product is clarified and carbonated, to sparkle in the glass.
