This innovative foray into the flavors of fall is part of a groundbreaking collaboration with Harney & Sons, New York-based blenders of fine teas since 1983. Beginning with fresh-pressed New York state apple varietals, we ferment with our Belgian house yeast before adding a specially-formulated chai tea. Clarified and carbonated, the result is sparkling and refreshing, brimming with intense seasonal flavor.
Taste the subtle flavors of biting into a ripe peach on top of a juicy apple base. The finish is clean, crisp, and refreshing.
Our green apple cider has a bright, fresh apple aroma, with notes of honeydew melon and kiwi. This cider is a tart blend of a lively apple flavor and balanced sweetness.
Maybe we took some inspiration from the movie Pineapple Express, maybe we didn’t, we're not totally sure either. The subtle hemp note compliments the pineapple well… and I mean who isn’t talking about hemp these days?
