DeCrescente Distributing is hiring Merchandisers, also known as Store Service & Product Stocking and/or Retailer Shelf Stockers, in Warren and Washington counties, and we’re excited to announce an upcoming job fair in your area!
This is a great opportunity for individuals looking for a path to sales or someone who wants an immediate shelf stocking job, grocery store support role, or hands-on work with one of the Capital Region’s top employers. Attend the event, meet the team, and interview for a position!
We recently increased pay, there are no long commutes with merchandising routes close to home, and it’s early in and early out!
💰 Pay Increase for Merchandisers / Retailer Shelf Stockers
Pay for Merchandisers has recently increased to $23 per hour, plus a $2-per-hour summer bonus (for eligible employees who start by July 1).
In addition, Merchandisers in good standing are eligible for 50‑cent raises every six months for two years, offering consistent wage growth for strong performers.

About the Merchandiser (Store Service & Product Stocking) Role
Merchandisers play a key role in ensuring products are well-presented and fully stocked at grocery stores and convenience stores throughout our service area.
Merchandisers are responsible for stocking cooler shelves neatly with beverage industry products, constructing and maintaining product displays, and accurately pricing and rotating products at retail locations.
This shelf-stocking position is active and hands-on and is ideal for individuals who enjoy staying organized, working independently, and taking pride in keeping shelves stocked, clean, and visually appealing.
