Our decadent double mashed stout is full bodied with a soft, espresso-like texture. Very dark & incredibly creamy due to a lactose addition. Whole cacao nibs delivers a chocolate backbone & cold pressed locally roasted coffee from our neighbors at Cafe Vero adds one more layer of complexity. This is a cold weather favorite of ours.

The Naughty Elves were spotted in Cooperstown not long ago full of mischief and mayhem which left us, much to our delight, with an imperial blonde stout; Everything Naughty. A stout that confuses the eyes and tantalizes the taste buds. Anticipate notes of roasted coffee and white chocolate complete with a brilliant golden hue. This rich stout is smooth and velvety with classic stout flavors.

Genesee Imperial Stout is brewed with chocolate, black, caramel and pale malts, along with cacao nibs, giving the beer a slightly bittersweet flavor with a decadent chocolate aroma. Fermented with Genesee's original 144-year-old ale yeast, this beer is bold yet approachable and best savored slowly to experience its full range of flavor.

Narwhal Imperial Stout is inspired by the mysterious creature that thrives in the deepest fathoms of the frigid Arctic Ocean. Rich with notes of espresso, baker’s cocoa, roasted grain and a light hint of smoke, Narwhal brims with malt complexity. Aggressive but refined with a velvety smooth body and decadent finish, Narwhal will age in the bottle for years to come.
