We took our World Wide Stout and aged it for 7 months in Samuel Adams Utopias barrels. The result is a jet-black, rich and roasty beer with balanced notes of espresso, cocoa, sherry and vanilla that clocks in at 17.3% ABV.

Our decadent double mashed stout is full bodied with a soft, espresso-like texture. Very dark & incredibly creamy due to a lactose addition. Whole cacao nibs delivers a chocolate backbone & cold pressed locally roasted coffee from our neighbors at Cafe Vero adds one more layer of complexity. This is a cold weather favorite of ours.

Brooklyn Black Chocolate Stout uses American two-row pale malt, caramel malt, malted wheat and a blend of American roasted malts and barleys. A luscious dark chocolate flavor through a blend of roasted malts brewed every year for the winter season. It is delicious when newly bottled, but also ages beautifully for years.

Brewed with chocolate, vanilla, waffle cones, lactose, and peanuts, this piled-high stout is reminiscent of our favorite childhood freezer treats. Overwhelming notes of vanilla bean ice cream, peanut brittle, pizzelle cookies, bakers chocolate, and a hint of coffee bean.
