Mint and chocolate are a classic pairing, a flavor combination so iconic that it has inspired candy, cookies, ice cream, and now beer. When we aged this mint stout in bourbon barrels, we knew we hit on something special. We also decided to add Cacao to the beer in its pure form. This duality of bright mint with the complexity of dark chocolate and bourbon oak flavors results in a flavorful beer that is both recognizable and irresistibly exciting.

An Imperial Stout with vanilla aged in rye whiskey barrels. Richly textured and deliciously piquant, we aged this robust vanilla imperial stout in New Riff rye whiskey barrels for six months to impart distinctive notes of earthy, peppery rye, artfully balanced by the savory sweetness of dark malt and vanilla bean. Enjoy this inky confection on its own, as a complement to rich dishes, or with a favorite cigar.

Genesee Imperial Stout is brewed with chocolate, black, caramel and pale malts, along with cacao nibs, giving the beer a slightly bittersweet flavor with a decadent chocolate aroma. Fermented with Genesee's original 144-year-old ale yeast, this beer is bold yet approachable and best savored slowly to experience its full range of flavor.

Brooklyn Black Chocolate Stout uses American two-row pale malt, caramel malt, malted wheat and a blend of American roasted malts and barleys. A luscious dark chocolate flavor through a blend of roasted malts brewed every year for the winter season. It is delicious when newly bottled, but also ages beautifully for years.
