Tropical fruit hard cider is an adventure in a can. It combines a complementary blend of juicy pineapple and tropical mandarin orange and passion fruit with Crisp Apple notes, creating a perfect beach vacation vibe.

Made from apples grown on our 100-year old family farm. Dry Hard consists of a blend of multiple apple varietals for a complex and refreshing flavor. It has a light body with mild effervescence and fresh fruit notes. Pour a tall glass and enjoy the scent of pure apple cider with absolutely no artificial ingredients.
Our first two offerings seek to combine the best of both American and European traditions. Modern ciders, they begin with fresh-pressed culinary varietals McIntosh, Gala, Red Delicious and Pazazz, sourced locally in New York State. We ferment with our house Belgian yeast, to impart a slightly more complex character. To our Rosé, we also add hibiscus to provide a tart snap. The finished product is clarified and carbonated, to sparkle in the glass.
