Blackberry and blueberry combine to make a big, fruity, purple beer. Natural acidity from bacterial fermentation lends balanced tartness to the finish while coriander adds pleasing citrus notes.
We took our Lactodaisical sour ale and added a whole bunch of blueberries to it, giving this beer a purplish-blue hue while adding a bit of sweetness to balance out the adicity.

Soft barley malts, wheat and spelt keep things dry and refreshing, and the whole thing comes together like a blend of Champagne, hops, and an unusually good pineapple.
Pale red in hue, this beer balances a nice tartness from the cranberries while the orange allows it to finish with a mild sweetness.
