Our master distiller scours the country for wheated bourbons no less than 4 years old to blend to create a smooth, full bodied, easy drinking bourbon for all to enjoy. Packaged at barrel strength 116 proof to retain the subtle flavors and aromas that would otherwise be lost in the proofing process.

This whiskey is aged more delicately then your typical American Whiskey. In wine making, the use of toasted and lighter char oak barrels is preferred to allow the liquid to mature and retain the delicate flavors of the grape. We apply the same philosophy in the barrels we select to age our whiskey. Results in a delicately aged whiskey and a reliably smooth whiskey.

Aged onsite at some of the oldest warehouses in the state, this 90 proof whiskey is rich in color with a golden-amber hue. Green River is made with locally sourced corn featuring a mashbill of 70% corn, 21% winter rye and 9% malted barley. The higher rye content contributes warming spice notes on the nose and palate.

Barmen is an expert blend of straight bourbons, bottled at 92 proof, with a bold, yet smooth profile that is as flavorful straight as it is on the rocks. Caramel, vanilla and toffee are amplified with flavors of grilled peach, raisin and apple. Traces of coffee and dark chocolate interplay with light, sweet dill and mint, fusing with lingering cinnamon, ginger and nutmeg on the end.
