Crafted with precision, our Honey Flavored Whiskey combines the warmth of a premium aged whiskey blend with the delicate sweetness of pure local spring honey, creating a perfectly balanced flavor profile. Notes of vanilla and caramel swirl together with a hint of floral honey, offering a truly unique and memorable experience.
We harvested our own Straight Whiskey and finished it in freshly emptied Dogfish Apple Brandy barrels as well as Angry Orchard Hard Apple Cider Barrels. Aromas of cinnamon & wildflower honey with a taste of fresh green apples, buttery dry oaked chardonnay & roasted chestnut.
