Nice balance of fresh and dried, lightly raisiny fruit here, complemented by hints of sweet herbs and spices and a tiny orangey twang that brightens up the flavors on the full-bodied palate. The tannins are well integrated and the fruit pushes through nicely.
Allspice, cloves and coriander dominate the nose at first, then after some aeration notes of plum and blackberry join in with hints of turmeric and freshly ground pepper. This blend has a soft and round mouthfeel, rich smokey undertones, and a long finish.

Sempre Ricordare is inspired by our Families, their Passion to pursue their dreams, to honor their Friends whom struggled with them along the way and the Love that got them through it all. 85% Cabernet Sauvignon, 15% Sangiovese, 14% by Vol. Dark ruby red color. The first impression is a complex array of the following aromas: intense blackberry, blueberry and clove sweetened by the predominant vanilla. On the palate, the wine is full-bodied and velvety with soft tannins which contribute to its elegant structure. Pair with, savoury pastas, roasted and grilled meats, stewed game or seasoned cheeses.
