Rich with notes of espresso, baker’s cocoa, roasted grain and a light hint of smoke, Narwhal brims with malt complexity. Mon cheri! You are holding a deliciously rich, abundantly flavored imperial stout that embodies the change of seasons! Layers of dense cocoa flavor enshrine a sweet burst of dark cherries beautifully intertwined with a monumental stout.

Brewed with chocolate, vanilla, waffle cones, lactose, and peanuts, this piled-high stout is reminiscent of our favorite childhood freezer treats. Overwhelming notes of vanilla bean ice cream, peanut brittle, pizzelle cookies, bakers chocolate, and a hint of coffee bean.

Mint and chocolate are a classic pairing, a flavor combination so iconic that it has inspired candy, cookies, ice cream, and now beer. When we aged this mint stout in bourbon barrels, we knew we hit on something special. We also decided to add Cacao to the beer in its pure form. This duality of bright mint with the complexity of dark chocolate and bourbon oak flavors results in a flavorful beer that is both recognizable and irresistibly exciting.
