This cider is crafted from 100% quince from Orchard Dale Fruit in Waterport, NY. The result is a light bodied, refreshing cider that has notes of pineapple and bubblegum and a beautiful golden hue.
Fermented pear juice infused with our naturally occurring soft water, to create the perfect combination of a refreshingly light and fruity cider, with the punch of a strong pear taste. Kopparberg Pear Cider is deliciously thirst quenching and full of life.
Our Imperial cider is crafted with a blend of high-sugar content apples: Gold Rush, Golden Delicious, Franklin, Harrison, and Golden Russet from Five Branches in Williamson, NY. These unique apple varieties naturally create a higher alcohol content, perfect for a bold Imperial cider.
A cider that is infused with passionfruit then dry-hopped with hops that are selected by the Walt & Whitman Brewery in Saratoga Springs, NY
Our first two offerings seek to combine the best of both American and European traditions. Modern ciders, they begin with fresh-pressed culinary varietals McIntosh, Gala, Red Delicious and Pazazz, sourced locally in New York State. We ferment with our house Belgian yeast, to impart a slightly more complex character. To our Rosé, we also add hibiscus to provide a tart snap. The finished product is clarified and carbonated, to sparkle in the glass.
