Negra Modelo was born at the quarter of the 20th century. To craft something truly unique, our Brewmasters created the Munich Dunkel (dark) style lager by slow roasting caramel malts, a technique that makes the brewing process last twice as long as other beers. We think it’s worth the wait.

More than 200 years old, family-owned Bitburger Brewery uses an exclusive mix of hops toward its famous pilsner—a classified blend never shared outside its walls. Until now. Our collaboration Oktoberfest features what Bitburger calls Siegelhopfen, meaning “sealed hops,” which complement the malt backbone. What’s more, the whole beer comes to life thanks to Bitburger’s custom yeast, another house ingredient gifted for the first time ever.

Crafted with Simcoe, Mosaic, and Citra hops, this brew bursts with vibrant grapefruit, tropical papaya, and a subtle malty sweetness. Built on a foundation of robust barley malts, it pours golden with a perfect head and a clean, satisfying finish. Proof that bold flavor doesn’t need alcohol—just exceptional vision and craftsmanship.

Saranac's 1888 Octoberfest is a true Octoberfest brewed with German hops, Perle and Saphir. This recipe has been with the Matt family for 4 generations. When FX Matt founded the company, he made it a point to only allow English to be spoken at the brewery. In his honor, we forgo the traditional German spelling of "Oktoberfest" and use the English spelling.
