Allspice, cloves and coriander dominate the nose at first, then after some aeration notes of plum and blackberry join in with hints of turmeric and freshly ground pepper. This blend has a soft and round mouthfeel, rich smoky undertones, and a long finish. With young tannins and a medium-full body, this wine has good aging potential.

There is a deep dark, blood red center that fades to a ruby red outer rim and hue. The wine shows clarity and seems bright in the glass. No particles in the glass and the viscosity is high, suggesting a wine with 15% abv or more.
