Our Peach Apricot Dare gose is the perfect end of summer sipper. Brewed with salt and coriander, soured with lactobacillus, then refermented atop a blend of apricot and peach purée for big apricot aromas and a peachy finish.

Strawberry Dare is going to be the greatest thing since something really great. To ensure prominent character from what is often a subtle fruit, we used a ridiculous amount of strawberry puree: 1 lb per gallon of beer to be exact. It worked. Fresh strawberry dominates over refreshing, citrusy tartness.
