To ensure prominent character from what is often a subtle fruit, we used a ridiculous amount of strawberry puree: 1 lb per gallon of beer to be exact. It worked. Fresh strawberry dominates over refreshing, citrusy tartness.

Our Peach Apricot Dare gose is the perfect end of summer sipper. Brewed with salt and coriander, soured with lactobacillus, then refermented atop a blend of apricot and peach purée for big apricot aromas and a peachy finish.

This sour has a rich blend of tropical fruit notes with hints of pineapple, mango and guava. With pleasing tartness, it’s a tropical twist on a refreshing fruit gose.
