A special version of our award-winning Gose, this ale is full-bodied, malty and strong. Brewed with coriander, a small amount of salt and fermented with lactobacillus and yeast to create a refreshing, citrusy tartness.

Our Peach Apricot Dare gose is the perfect end of summer sipper. Brewed with salt and coriander, soured with lactobacillus, then refermented atop a blend of apricot and peach purée for big apricot aromas and a peachy finish.

Strawberry Dare is going to be the greatest thing since something really great. To ensure prominent character from what is often a subtle fruit, we used a ridiculous amount of strawberry puree: 1 lb per gallon of beer to be exact. It worked. Fresh strawberry dominates over refreshing, citrusy tartness.

This sour has a rich blend of tropical fruit notes with hints of pineapple, mango and guava. With pleasing tartness, it’s a tropical twist on a refreshing fruit gose.
