This innovative foray into the flavors of fall is part of a groundbreaking collaboration with Harney & Sons, New York-based blenders of fine teas since 1983. Beginning with fresh-pressed New York state apple varietals, we ferment with our Belgian house yeast before adding a specially-formulated chai tea. Clarified and carbonated, the result is sparkling and refreshing, brimming with intense seasonal flavor.
This is our flagship product using a blend of apples from Samascott Orchards. It is an off-dry sparkling cider with a crisp, bold, and refreshing taste. Signature has been our tried and true cider since we opened in 2014. It is reminiscent of biting into a freshly picked apple!
