Windy Hill Orchard Honest Abe Cider is a semi-sweet, crisp, and refreshing cider. Slow fermented using apples from our orchard located in the Capital Region of NY. This cider goes well with a casual dinner, weekend picnic, or that much-needed drink after a long day’s work.
Maybe we took some inspiration from the movie Pineapple Express, maybe we didn’t, we're not totally sure either. The subtle hemp note compliments the pineapple well… and I mean who isn’t talking about hemp these days?
Our cider is produced from a blend of 100% New York State McIntosh, Gala, Empire, and Spygold apples freshly picked and blended to our unique formula. Fermented in stainless steel with a chardonnay yeast.
The juice of strawberries and limes is added to Kopparberg's Apple Cider to deliver an intense fruity tasting cider with an unmistakable strawberry aroma. A delicious grown-up twist on traditional apple cider.
