Beginning with fresh-pressed New York state apple varietals, we ferment with our Belgian house yeast before adding a specially-formulated chai tea. Clarified and carbonated, the result is sparkling and refreshing, brimming with intense seasonal flavor.

Made from apples grown on our 100-year old family farm. Dry Hard consists of a blend of multiple apple varietals for a complex and refreshing flavor.
