Our Imperial cider is crafted with a blend of high-sugar content apples: Gold Rush, Golden Delicious, Franklin, Harrison, and Golden Russet from Five Branches in Williamson, NY. These unique apple varieties naturally create a higher alcohol content, perfect for a bold Imperial cider.

Our flagship Dry Hard Cider is extremely dry and incredibly strong. Fermented with a sauvignon blanc yeast and then can conditioned, we've crafted a dry cider that is similar to an apple champagne. We don't add any back-sweetener or extra sugar. All that's in the can is a full pound of pressed apples. Nothing else. We hope you enjoy drinking it as much as we enjoyed making it.

Our green apple cider has a bright, fresh apple aroma, with notes of honeydew melon and kiwi. This cider is a tart blend of a lively apple flavor and balanced sweetness.
