This cider is crafted with a blend of New York apples from Samascott Orchards in Kinderhook, N.Y. and co-fermented with blueberries from Lagoner Farms in Williamson, N.Y. The result is a tart cider with a stunning rose hue.

Raspberry Rosé cider is crafted with 100% New York apples from Samascott Orchards. It is co-fermented with raspberries from Yonder Farms and grapes from Walker’s Vineyard. This cider is bright, tart, and perfect for sipping any time of the day!

Nine Pin’s Black Cherry is crafted from 100% New York apples from Samascott Orchards. This cider is blended with sweet cherries from Bittner-Singer Orchards and black currants from Walnut Grove Farm to create the perfect balance of sweet and tart flavor. This cider pairs perfectly with winter flavors – from roast turkey to holiday cookies!

Our first two offerings seek to combine the best of both American and European traditions. Modern ciders, they begin with fresh-pressed culinary varietals McIntosh, Gala, Red Delicious and Pazazz, sourced locally in New York State. We ferment with our house Belgian yeast, to impart a slightly more complex character.
