Nine Pin’s Pumpkin cider is crafted with 100% New York apples and co-fermented with sugar pumpkins from Samascott Orchards in Kinderhook, NY. This cider is warm and earthy with a subtle note of pumpkin pie spice.

Indian Ladder Farms Cidery & Brewery, LLC (ILFCB) makes and serves beer and hard cider on a 100-year-old family farm located in Altamont, New York, beneath the dramatic cliffs of the Helderberg Escarpment. ILFCB's beers and ciders are made using ingredients grown on Indian Ladder Farms as well as other New York State farms and is dedicated to the farm to table movement, or in this case--farm to glass. Our signature blend, Dry Hard Cider, consists of a blend of multiple apple varietals for a complex and refreshing flavor. It has a light body with mild effervescence and fresh fruit notes. Pour a tall glass and enjoy the scent of pure apple cider with absolutely no artificial ingredients. Dry Hard Cider pairs well with white meats, smoked foods, and cheese. Cheers!

Our cider is produced from a blend of 100% New York State McIntosh, Gala, Empire, and Spygold apples freshly picked and blended to our unique formula. Fermented in stainless steel with chardonnay yeast.

Angry Orchard Stone Dry - the driest cider in Angry Orchard's core collection - is our twist on traditional English dry ciders. This cider balances the acidity of culinary apples with the tannins of traditional cider making apples, for a cider that is clean, refreshing, and slightly puckering on the finish.
