New from Trouble Brewing in Rochester, NY. This is New Tattoo and it’s a double IPA with 8.5% ABV and 80 IBUs. Strongly hopped, but clean, dry, and lacking harshness.
A vigorously hopped strong American IPA, brewed with 6 pounds of flavor hops per barrel. Not overly bitter, but extremely hoppy, we showcase the many attributes of the Citra, Mosaic, Simcoe, & Chinook hop varieties.
2x the dry hop, spread across multiple additions, featuring 100% Citra hops in the fermenter at over 7lbs/bbl. Excessively hazy with tropical melon, peach, and grapefruit flavors.
Cloud Cake is a soft and sweet IPA, brewed with all the familiar hops and malt that you’ve come to love from a hazy IPA. When in doubt drink dessert first!
2x the dry hop, spread across multiple additions, featuring 100% Mosaic hops in the fermenter at over 7lbs/bbl. Beautifully structured haze with notes of berry, vanilla, and citrus.
