As brewers, we get the privilege of sampling our beers straight from the tanks in all their raw glory. Some beers need a little polishing to get ready to go out into the world, while others--hop-heavy, rowdy crowd-pleasers--should just be left alone. We wanted to share this brewery-only treat with you, so we present this Hazy Little Thing, our unfiltered, unprocessed IPA, straight from the tanks and into the can.
You know the old saying: "it takes a village," in our case, it takes a brewery. It's not just the brewers who make an IPA this good, it's everyone. Warehouse and packaging operators, maintenance technicians and tradespersons, industrial cleaners and transport drivers. They're made for the trade and together they put out world-class beers.
A delicious hoppy IPA. A generous addition of hops with a kiss of malt sweetness balances this IPA very well. The nose is upfront with the galaxy hops, lending nuances of grapefruit, pine, and tropical notes.
