Fresh out of the Ithaca Hop Lab, this Hazy Double IPA features the tropical juiciness of a new variety of hop, Idaho 7, complimented by the fruitiness of the Citra and Mosaic varieties.

A big, temptingly hoppy Double IPA with plenty of bite! Our assertive, hop-centric Road 2 Ruin has a lean malt character and is brewed with seven Pacific Northwest hop varieties including Cascade, Centennial, Summit, and Citra.

For latest hazy DIPA, we used extra oat and wheat malt to create a smooth, medium-bodied beer that won't finish too sweet. Strong notes of melon up front are followed by peach and passionfruit before a restrained bitter finishes the sip. Double dry-hopped with Galaxy and Exp 17701 hops to create a tropical, fruity flavor and aroma.

A vigorously hopped strong American IPA, brewed with 6 pounds of flavor hops per barrel. Not overly bitter, but extremely hoppy, we showcase the many attributes of the Citra, Mosaic, Simcoe, & Chinook hop varieties.
