Brasserie de Achouffe is a Belgian brewery. This particular beer is unfiltered, therefore it referments in the bottle and barrels. A dark brown, fruity, lightly hoppy, sparkling, strong beer that is not pasteurized.
A luscious blend of rich malty ale and cherry lambic. A powerful marriage of cherries, roasted malts, and dark chocolate.
This Duvel is mild, expressive and deliciously drinkable. No fewer than 6 different hop varieties are used for Duvel 6.66%: just like the classic Duvel, it’s based on the noble and exclusive hop varieties Saaz and Styrian Golding. The flavour is then balanced by adding four expertly selected hop varieties to the mix, which also involves the dry-hopping technique.
A fruited feast for the senses. Delightful aromas of ripe peach, creamy mango and juicy orange, with a hint of carbonation to tickle the nose. Three fruits, three times added to a balance blend of citrusy hops makes each sip more refreshing than the last. Well-complimented by a vibrant ginger hue and sitting nicely at 9% ABV, Triple Fruited Tripel makes for an easy drinking ale that's juicy and smooth.
When the time is right this Belgian-style tripel is brewed with a massive amount of pilsner malt supplemented by several kinds of sugars. The result is a fruity, light-colored ale with a balance of malt and hops.
