Neon Rainbows, our double dry-hopped New England-style IPA, began as a one-off experiment for our legendary Belgium Comes to Cooperstown festival, but quickly became a local favorite. Our new canning line allows us to brew production batches small enough to ensure this delicate beer hits shelves at peak freshness. Bursting with juicy tropical fruit flavors and aromas, and paired with a pillowy mouthfeel and low bitterness, Neon Rainbows is not a beer to miss!
Clouded Dream: A soft, hazy, juicy IPA brewed with the fruitiest and most tropical Citra, Mosaic, and Galaxy hops, imparting intense flavors of passionfruit, mango, guava, and pineapple. Flaked oats provide a silky-smooth mouthfeel that will leave your taste buds in the clouds.
IPA made with Pearl & Spelt Malt. Hopped with Brewers Gold & Cascade. Giving this beer a nice floral aroma and flavors of stonefruit.
Featuring all the best parts of the classic NEIPA, but at a lower ABV to make it incredibly drinkable. This sessionable IPA is hopped with Citra and has notes of tropical fruit and citrus.
