The enchanting unicorn of a beer, Neon Rainbows, has taken the raspberry plunge in a collaboration with our UNY neighbors, Thin Man Brewery. It’s unfiltered, dry-hopped and drizzled with raspberry haze. Tropical haze meets raspberry jam.

This hop-full hazy IPA was made here in collaboration with Terrapin Beer Co. A resinous, fruity aroma dominates thanks to the heavy use of Idaho Gem and Galaxy hops. Rye malt adds a bit of balance but hops are the big player in this beer.
