Its personality is characterized by a most pleasant lemon grass aroma and taste, a result of an addition of the spice coriander during the last five minutes of the boil to ensure that none of the aromas and flavors get boiled off.

Our new twist on a Belgian-style Tripel gets Triple zested! Brewed with our house yeast, we swirl in orange, lemon and lime peel at the end of the brewing process. Tripel with a Twist makes for an easy drinking ale that's refreshingly smooth.
Abbey was Ommegangs first beer and was styled after Dubbels produced by Belgian Trappist monks. A deep, rich and malty ale, Abbey uses several Belgian specialty malts and spices resulting in a very aromatic, flavorful beer. Deep burgundy in color, topped by a dense tan head, Abbey Ale is rich on the palate but with a dry finish. Suitable for cellaring, Abbey develops wonderful caramel, fig, and currant notes with age.
