Pampelonne is inspired by the most sophisticated yet carefree beach in St. Tropez with the same name, and the unique sparkling rosé that people imbibe there. Our goal: create a sparkling wine cocktail with fine French wine that was light, crisp, and not so sweet, so you could have a few without feeling heavy and drink it wherever you wanted, straight out of the can. White-peach notes and undertones of fleshy nectarine made sublime by a tinge of lime and honeysuckle.

Made the right way! In 2012, we opened Dillon’s Small Batch Distillers with a dream to make the best possible spirits from quality ingredients, using copper stills, one batch at a time. The cocktails are made with our handcrafted gin, balanced with some of our favorite flavor combinations and a big splash of soda water.
