Continual hopping provides a beautiful balance to our Imperial IPA - allowing us to add a foolhardy amount of hops throughout the boil without making 90 Minute crushingly bitter. With rich pine and fruity citrus hop aromas and a strong malt backbone, 90 Minute IPA created pungent, unapologetic flavor that led Esquire to call it “perhaps the best IPA in America.”
A potent Double IPA that combines big hop flavor with just a touch of New York North Country local honey to sweeten the batch and smooth out the sips.
Big Hearted is the newest member of the Hearted Family, weighing in at 9.5% ABV with big heart and bold flavor!
For latest hazy DIPA, we used extra oat and wheat malt to create a smooth, medium-bodied beer that won't finish too sweet. Strong notes of melon up front are followed by peach and passionfruit before a restrained bitter finishes the sip. Double dry-hopped with Galaxy and Exp 17701 hops to create a tropical, fruity flavor and aroma.
