District 6 IPA is brewed in the West Coast style, leaving it light in color with a slightly sweet malt profile and focusing mostly on the hop character. The spiciness of the Columbus Hops are blended with the piney, floral character of the Chinook and finished with the citrus and grapefruit provided by Centennial.

Foothills Pils is a Czechoslovakian style Pilsner. Being the most crisp and hop-forward style of pilsner, it features a delicate cereal grain profile, which is balanced perfectly by the clean hop finish. This beer is lagered for an extra three to four weeks to give it a light clean mouthfeel and bright golden color.

We brewed this special limited variation of our celebrated Flower Power IPA with an addition of Australian Galaxy hops to introduce an intense passion fruit and citrus character. Already well known for its puchy pineapple, citrus, floral flavor and aromas, as well as clover honey sweetness, this variation of Flower Power is complimented and accentuated by Galaxy's hop unique qualities.

Our brewers developed this recipe for over a year; playing around with yeast strains and hop combinations in search of a smooth, juicy offering that pleases palates. With VT IPA, they found the perfect balance of tropical fruit and citrus flavors through a heavy dry-hopping of citra and amarillo hops, which give distinct tangerine, mango, pineapple, and grapefruit character.
