Our first two offerings seek to combine the best of both American and European traditions. Modern ciders, they begin with fresh-pressed culinary varietals McIntosh, Gala, Red Delicious and Pazazz, sourced locally in New York State. We ferment with our house Belgian yeast, to impart a slightly more complex character. To our Rosé, we also add hibiscus to provide a tart snap. The finished product is clarified and carbonated, to sparkle in the glass.

Nine Pin’s Pumpkin cider is crafted with 100% New York apples and co-fermented with sugar pumpkins from Samascott Orchards in Kinderhook, NY. This cider is warm and earthy with a subtle note of pumpkin pie spice.
Taste the subtle flavors of biting into a ripe peach on top of a juicy apple base. The finish is clean, crisp, and refreshing.
