Rich, plummy, black-fruit aromas frame slightly smoky flavors of caramel and oak for a ripe, full-bodied classic California Pinot Noir.
Nuances of ripe cherry, strawberry, raspberry. Overall easy drinking with a nice finish. The wine has bright red fruits dancing throughout the palate with hints of smoked bacon and would pair well with cheeses.
This full-bodied Pinot Noir opens with aromas of candied Bing Cherry and spice. The mouth is round and supple, with firm yet graceful tannin. Cherry, red raspberry, spice and vanilla linger on the finish - with a gentle kiss of acidity to finish clean.
Bright raspberry aromas predominate, although hints of tobacco and tar are also evident in the nose. Cara Mia Pinot Noir presents a soft, satiny texture. The finish is high-toned and pure.
