Typical crisp and delicate perlage, pale light yellow colour. Delicate and complex bouquet with fruity notes that remind of peach green apple with second notes of acacia and lilac. Fresh and light on the palate, with balanced acidity and body harmonic with a long persistent aftertaste. Ideal as an aperitif it is a perfect combination to hors d’oeuvres and delicate first courses Also wonderful with sushi, fish and shellfish.
An impressive Sauvignon Blanc that leaps out of the glass with aromas of green fruits, citrus and hints of pineapple. The palate is rich with intense flavours of citrus, gooseberry and pineapple, supported by well-integrated and crisp acidity.

This fruit driven Pinot Noir shows beautiful dark cherry and on the nose. The medium body reveals flavors of juicy red fruit, earth, and spice against a backdrop of oak. The fruit flavors are bold up front, then take a secondary role to the earth, spice, and floral tones. The tannins are well integrated and a streak of acidity finishes clean.
Pale straw-yellow in color, this sparkling wine has a subtle and cleanly aromatic bouquet. Its taste is soft, fruity and lively. This spumante is a sparkling wine perfect for any occasion.
This wine is a light sparkling (Frizzante). The first fermentation is made without the skins for about 3 days in stainless steel tanks at a thermostatically controlled temperature. The second fermentation is made with Charmat method in pressurized autoclaves for 1-3 Months. The light sparkling is given by the natural co2 released during fermentation.
