Meet The Team

Antoinette Hulsopple is the Director of Human Resources at DeCrescente Distributing Company. She joined DeCrescente as a Human Resources Generalist in 2013, was promoted to Manager in 2016, and to Director in 2023. She oversees day-to-day operations and management of DDC’s Human Resources Department, including recruitment, retention, employee benefits, employee relations, and more. She is a self-proclaimed HR nerd who loves to learn and is always looking for opportunities to grow.

Antoinette has co-chaired DDC’s Employee Activity Committee, working with a team to create engaging, interactive employee events at the company.

Outside of work, she likes to spend time with her husband Chad, her children Liam and Cora, and her dog Sofie. Busy weeknights are filled with sports, Scouts, and everything in between. She’s the youngest of three sisters and often spends weekends with her large Italian family. She loves to cook, whether it’s a big pot of homemade meatballs or smoking a rack of ribs on her pellet smoker. She’s also a very talented cupcake maker, much to DDC’s benefit!

Antoinette has a BA in Marketing/Management from Siena College. She has an MBA in Human Resources Management from the University of Phoenix as well as PHR and SHRM-CP certifications.
