Certainly one of our favorites, this unfiltered wheat ale is crafted with an abundance of wheat malt, 2-row brewer's malt, whole hops and a classic Weihenstephan Hefeweizen ale yeast. Straw-colored, immensely refreshing, hazy and bursting with ester flavor our wheat beer has delighted our regulars for years and is true to its Bavarian heritage - even though we don't typically serve it with breakfast like they do in Germany.Malts: Domestic Pilsner & White Wheat Hops: Mt.
