Sierra Nevada and hops go hand in hand. What began as a crazy idea scribbled in a pub eventually became our newest year-round hop bomb, Torpedo Extra IPA. The first beer to feature our "Hop Torpedo" - revolutionary dry-hopping device that controls how much hop aroma is imparted into beer without adding additional bitterness. Torpedo Extra IPA is an aggressive yet balanced beer with massive hop aromas of citrus, pine, and tropical fruit.

“The ubiquitous house beer of the green mountain state.” -Thrillist Fiddlehead IPA is a well-balanced American IPA with mellow bitterness and a dry, refreshing finish.

Our super-fantastic IPA is continually hopped throughout its entire boil for a powerful yet balanced hop character. 60 Minute IPA was first brewed on a glorified homebrew rig and used a vibrating magnetic football game to add more than 60 doses of hops throughout the beer’s 60-minute boil.

District 6 IPA is brewed in the West Coast style, leaving it light in color with a slightly sweet malt profile and focusing mostly on the hop character. The spiciness of the Columbus Hops are blended with the piney, floral character of the Chinook and finished with the citrus and grapefruit provided by Centennial.
