This innovative foray into the flavors of fall is part of a groundbreaking collaboration with Harney & Sons, New York-based blenders of fine teas since 1983. Beginning with fresh-pressed New York state apple varietals, we ferment with our Belgian house yeast before adding a specially-formulated chai tea. Clarified and carbonated, the result is sparkling and refreshing, brimming with intense seasonal flavor.
A farmhouse blend of local apples fermented with a Belgian Abbey Ale yeast. This cider invokes the characteristics of preferred Belgian beers with notes of tropical fruit resulting in a smooth creamy mouth feel. Beer fan but not typically into ciders? Start here!
Fermented pear juice infused with our naturally occurring soft water, to create the perfect combination of a refreshingly light and fruity cider, with the punch of a strong pear taste. Kopparberg Pear Cider is deliciously thirst quenching and full of life.
Our flagship Dry Hard Cider is extremely dry and incredibly strong. Fermented with a sauvignon blanc yeast and then can conditioned, we've crafted a dry cider that is similar to an apple champagne. We don't add any back-sweetener or extra sugar. All that's in the can is a full pound of pressed apples. Nothing else. We hope you enjoy drinking it as much as we enjoyed making it.
