Transport to the tropics with the taste of passion fruit and dragon fruit in this exotic semi-sweet imperial.

Our first two offerings seek to combine the best of both American and European traditions. Modern ciders, they begin with fresh-pressed culinary varietals McIntosh, Gala, Red Delicious and Pazazz, sourced locally in New York State. We ferment with our house Belgian yeast, to impart a slightly more complex character.

Early season apples, fresh lavender, and raw honey from the apple blossoms on our farm. Bring together the fruits of these agricultural processes and the result is a hard cider that is bright and apple-y with delicate floral notes and a touch of natural sweetness.

Sip, smell and savor the rich goodness of this Winter seasonal. Brewed with a select blend of apple juices, a touch of cranberry and aromatic mulling spices, this cider features flavors of sweet apple, tart cranberry, and warm exotic spices. A perfect tipple to chase away the chill on those cold nights.
