Foothills Pils is a Czechoslovakian style Pilsner. Being the most crisp and hop-forward style of pilsner, it features a delicate cereal grain profile, which is balanced perfectly by the clean hop finish. This beer is lagered for an extra three to four weeks to give it a light clean mouthfeel and bright golden color.
Two Hearted Ale is defined by its intense hop aroma and malt balance. Hopped exclusively with the Centennial hop varietal from the Pacific Northwest, massive additions in the kettle and again in the fermenter lend their characteristic grapefruit and pine resin aromas.
