Excellent if served on its own or as an aperitif, it pairs very well with light starters and vegetable soups, egg dishes, Italian-style creamed risottos and fish, and seafood dishes.
From vinyhards on the valley floor of the “Lowlands” of Alto Adige, this Pinot Grigio flourishes with outstanding climatic conditions and good soil conditions to the highest standards. The low yield per hectare is reflected in the high level of quality.
Full and complex, this wine has a nose that hints of pineapple, pears and sweet lemons. Tropical fruits are integrated with the zest of citrus fruits and give way to a creamy mid-palate.
These grapes are gently pressed using advanced wine making techniques and equipments. The fermentation takes place at low temperature. After the stabilizaton procedure, the wine is bottled using modern technologies. Excellent as an appetizer the ideal accompaniment with fish dishes and shellfish. Perfect with white meats and souffles.
