Full and complex, this wine has a nose that hints of pineapple, pears and sweet lemons. Tropical fruits are integrated with the zest of citrus fruits and give way to a creamy mid-palate.
Excellent if served on its own or as an aperitif, it pairs very well with light starters and vegetable soups, egg dishes, Italian-style creamed risottos and fish, and seafood dishes.
These grapes are gently pressed using advanced wine making techniques and equipments. The fermentation takes place at low temperature. After the stabilizaton procedure, the wine is bottled using modern technologies. Excellent as an appetizer the ideal accompaniment with fish dishes and shellfish.
