Brooklyn Brewery and Yolélé partnered to create a beer brewed with the ancient African super-grain fonio: a gluten-free grain that’s chock full of nutrients, health benefits, and a warm, nutty profile. We were excited to experiment with it as part of our brewing process, and paired its soft wheat character combines with juicy hops in a beautifully smooth and refreshing riff on classic white beer.

Oberon Eclipse is a seasonal Citrus Wheat Ale fermented with our signature house ale yeast. Bright orange and warm coriander complement the wheat malt, giving it a subtle citrus flavor and inviting taste. At 6.3% ABV, Oberon Eclipse is slightly stronger and darker than its namesake. However, it still remains easy-drinking and refreshing. It’s the perfect beer for cozy nights spent in good company.

Brewed with juicy, perfectly ripes peaches from Jenschke Orchards in Fredericksburg, TX, this wheat beer is flavorful and refreshing. A blend of 2-row barley, Munich Malt, and wheat malt, along with fresh local peaches, makes for a slightly sweet unfiltered brew with a golden, hazy color that looks as great as it tastes.
