Our single barrel bourbon is a true rye-forward Kentucky bourbon with a remarkable flavor profile. Every single barrel will be a minimum of five years old and presented at cask strength.

Our Discovery series highlights the art of blending, combining exquisite whiskies so the sum is better than any part. Discovery 13 transforms luck into legend with a bold blend of Kentucky Bourbon perfected with Hungarian and American Oak. This limited release embraces the mystery of its number, offering a whiskey that’s rich, layered, and for the first time, double-barreled in the Discovery series for added depth and distinction.

Aged onsite at some of the oldest warehouses in the state, this 90 proof whiskey is rich in color with a golden-amber hue. Green River is made with locally sourced corn featuring a mashbill of 70% corn, 21% winter rye and 9% malted barley. The higher rye content contributes warming spice notes on the nose and palate.

This whiskey is aged more delicately then your typical American Whiskey. In wine making, the use of toasted and lighter char oak barrels is preferred to allow the liquid to mature and retain the delicate flavors of the grape. We apply the same philosophy in the barrels we select to age our whiskey. Results in a delicately aged whiskey and a reliably smooth whiskey.
