Our master distiller scours the country for wheated bourbons no less than 4 years old to blend to create a smooth, full bodied, easy drinking bourbon for all to enjoy. Packaged at barrel strength 116 proof to retain the subtle flavors and aromas that would otherwise be lost in the proofing process.

A celebration of innovation, our rye whiskey is finished in hybrid American oak and cherry wood barrels for up to 6 months. Alternating cherry wood and oak staves toasted to custom specifications in the second finishing barrel, provide this 95% rye with unique bursts of flavor and represents the best of our collaborative, creative spirit.

This was a lofty experiment that worked. The results of this 100-percent rye mash bill, matured in used Uncle Nearest barrels before being bottled at 100-proof, keeps with our tradition of creating some of the most awarded whiskeys in the world. This is rye whiskey, elevated, hitting every mark with its rich flavor profile,incredible balance of spices, and extraordinarily smooth finish.

Our local corn, rye malted barley and heavy char oak barrels offer the perfectly balanced combination of bold and sweet. On the nose, you get heavy caramel and hints of vanilla. The body gives flavors of oak toffee and vanilla. This is all underscored by the complex and spicy flavor of rye. Last but not least, the finish is long and rich with a balance between dry and sweet.
