DeCrescente Distributing Company is proud to announce it has been named one of the Capital Region’s Best Places to Work by the Albany Business Review for the 16th time.
This recognition is especially meaningful because it is determined by employee feedback. Each year, employees from organizations across the 518 participate in a confidential workplace satisfaction survey conducted on behalf of the Albany Business Review. The results identify a select group of employers that stand out for their workplace culture, employee engagement and overall job satisfaction.
As a fourth-generation, family-run business founded in 1948, DeCrescente has always believed that its people are the foundation of its success. The DeCrescente family continues to work alongside employees every day, fostering a culture built on respect, teamwork and shared purpose.
The company offers a variety of programs and benefits designed to support employees both at work and at home.
