This job fair is your chance to meet our Merchandising Supervisors, learn more about the team, and find out if a career with DDC is the right fit for you. We’re hiring for merchandising routes across all 11 counties in our service territory, and chances are there’s an opportunity close to your hometown.
As a Merchandiser, you’ll play a key role in keeping our wide portfolio of beverages and snacks fully stocked and looking great on store shelves. You’ll work in local grocery stores to:
- Stock shelves, coolers, and end-cap displays
- Merchandise a diverse lineup of DDC products
- Build eye-catching displays that catch the customer’s attention
It’s active, rewarding work—and you’ll start and end your days early, giving you plenty of time for everything else you love.
💼 Position Highlights
- Starting pay: $21.50 per hour
- Additional $2/hour summer bonus for Merchandisers in good standing who work through the busy summer season
- 4-day workweek (Friday–Sunday + one weekday)
- Early-morning start times mean early-afternoon finishes
- Work close to home with only occasional trips to our Mechanicville headquarters for meetings
