We’re looking for enthusiastic Training and Development Coordinator to join our team!
POSITION OVERVIEW
The Training and Development Coordinator is responsible for supporting and coordinating the employee education and development function within DDC, with an emphasis on the new employee onboarding experience, as well as coordinating ongoing organizational initiatives that enhance employee growth, engagement, and performance.
