Meet The Team

Russ Teplitzky is the General Manager of DeCrescente Distributing Company. With nearly four decades of experience across both the supplier and distributor tiers of the beverage industry, Russ brings a unique perspective and deep understanding of the evolving marketplace.

As General Manager, Russ oversees all aspects of sales, marketing, operations, human resources, and information technology. He is responsible for leading the company’s strategic vision while driving day-to-day execution.  His leadership philosophy centers on building a world-class culture that emphasizes accountability, innovation, employee engagement, and continuous personal and professional development.

Russ has cultivated strong partnerships across the beverage industry and has served numerous leadership roles. He served on the Executive Committee of the American Diabetes Association and the Board of Directors for Double H Ranch. He also served in several national beverage industry organizations, including Chair of the Molson Coors National Distributor Council, and as a member of the Constellation National Distributor Council, FIFCO USA National Distributor Council, Heineken USA Regional Council, and KEG 8.

Outside of work, Russ enjoys spending time with his wife, Cindy, and their four children, Grace, Ryan, Caitlyn, and Charlotte. A dedicated fitness enthusiast and accomplished competitive powerlifter, he also enjoys pushing his limits through adrenaline-filled adventures.

Russ holds a BS in Marketing from Stockton State College.
