Russ Teplitzky
General Manager
Joined DDC in 1988
Russ is the General Manager for DeCrescente Distributing Company. He has 32 years of beverage experience with both distributors and suppliers. Russ has responsibility for all sales, marketing, IT, and operations at DDC. He currently leads the strategic and tactical planning, direction and execution of business for all divisions at DDC, all while fostering a world-class organizational culture that is focused on passion and personal/professional development.
In his time at DDC, Russ has established numerous key relationships and partnerships with many organizations and councils, such as the American Diabetes Association (Executive Committee Member), Double H Ranch (Board Member), KEG 8, Molson Coors National Distributor Council, Constellation National Distributor Council, FIFCO USA National Distributor Council and Heineken USA Regional Council.
Outside of work, Russ enjoys spending time with his wife, Cindy, and four children, Grace, Ryan, Caitlyn, and Charlotte. He is an accomplished power lifter and a fitness enthusiast.
Russ holds a BS in Marketing from Stockton State College.
