Meet The Team

Matt is the IT Manager for DeCrescente Distributing Company. He has spent almost his whole career working in different capacities at DDC. Having to surmount the way business had always been done years prior, he significantly moved his department’s workload forward using digital solutions to streamline old manual processes. Matt recognizes what drives productivity and how to work through team dynamics.

Matt is a graduate of Leadership Tech Valley for the class of 2017. He is an active member of the community, serving in various capacities on charitable committees and mentorship programs.

Outside of work, Matt lives in Halfmoon with his fiancé Sam and their dog, Teddy. In his spare time, he enjoys traveling, cooking and home improvement projects.

Matt holds a BS in Computer Science from Siena College.
