Starting with six different hop varietals added to the brew kettle & culminating with a massive dry-hop addition of Simcoe hops, Bell’s Hopslam Ale possesses the most complex hopping schedule in the Bell’s repertoire. Selected specifically because of their aromatic qualities, these Pacific Northwest varieties contribute a pungent blend of grapefruit, stone fruit, and floral notes. A generous malt bill and a solid dollop of honey provide just enough body to keep the balance in check, resulting in a remarkably drinkable rendition of the Double IPA style.

Cloud Cake is a soft and sweet IPA, brewed with all the familiar hops and malt that you’ve come to love from a hazy IPA. When in doubt drink dessert first!

For latest hazy DIPA, we used extra oat and wheat malt to create a smooth, medium-bodied beer that won't finish too sweet. Strong notes of melon up front are followed by peach and passionfruit before a restrained bitter finishes the sip. Double dry-hopped with Galaxy and Exp 17701 hops to create a tropical, fruity flavor and aroma.

Continual hopping provides a beautiful balance to our Imperial IPA - allowing us to add a foolhardy amount of hops throughout the boil without making 90 Minute crushingly bitter. With rich pine and fruity citrus hop aromas and a strong malt backbone, 90 Minute IPA created pungent, unapologetic flavor that led Esquire to call it “perhaps the best IPA in America.”
