Brewed with roasted praline pecans, this robust porter provides notes of roasted pecan, vanilla, caramel and brown sugar. Crafted to be the perfect companion to those 'cold' Texas winters!

We set out to create a bold, complex beer that tastes like raspberries and chocolate. This rich ale is the result. We artfully blended six different malts to achieve deep cocoa flavor. Over a pound of raspberries per gallon were added to the young beer to provide fresh, bright fruit character. Complex malt and fruit, but simply delicious.

Bourbon Barrel Vanilla Smoked Porter pours a deep brown, almost black, with a thick tan had that quickly dissipates.Prominent aromas of bourbon burst from the glass followed by rich notes of cocoa, vanilla, and subtle hints of oak and coconut. Sweet flavors of vanilla lead followed by smooth bourbon, and dark chocolate. Tjhe mouthfeel is luscious and smooth, with a surprisingly light body.The finish is moderately dry, with subdued notes of lingering roast.
